Balsamic Roasted Tenderloin

By fashionable demand, i made roasted tenderloin once more. It’s tremendous juicy, tender and flavorful. With only a few elements and 20 minutes oven time, it is a fast weekday dinner with a lot leftover for an additional meal.

Served with balsamic discount – caramelized gooey awesomeness 😋

Components
2 piece pork tenderloin
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar + 1 cup for the discount
four piece garlic
Oil
Salt + pepper

Put the meat in a shallow baking dish, add the vinegar, coat and rub the meat with vinegar. Make just a few slits on the meat, stuff it with garlic slices. Coat the meat with olive oil and generously season it with salt and pepper. When you have rosemary or thyme, they may add extra taste.

Roast 500F for 20 minutes. Let it sit for a couple of minutes earlier than serving.
