Balsamic Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Haven’t made oven roasted tenderloin for some time, I forgot how straightforward and easy it might be. Clear up is a breeze too.

Accompanying the meat are roasted cauliflower with gruyere cheese, caramelized apple and onion.

Components for the roast
2 piece pork tenderloin
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
four piece garlic
Oil
Salt + pepper

Put the meat in a shallow baking dish, add the vinegar, coat and rub the meat with vinegar. Make just a few slits on the meat, stuff it with garlic slices. Coat the meat with olive oil and generously season it with salt and pepper. When you’ve got rosemary or thyme, they may add extra taste.

Roast 500F for 20 minutes. Let it sit for a couple of minutes earlier than serving.
