I lastly discovered a use for the “cake mould” I purchased on-line that’s rendered ineffective for muffins 😉
The hotter days are calling for particular afternoon treats, and this hits the spot each time 🙃
I couldn’t go previous drizzling it with salted caramel sauce 😇

2 ltr tub of Blue ribbon ice cream at room temperature.
1 cup of crushed walnuts
1 tbls of caster sugar
half of tbls of cinnamon
1 tbls of orange zest
Mix all of it collectively and set in your favorite mould or tray and freeze in a single day.
Caramel sauce optionally available 🐷
