Baked Seabass

Substances:
Chilean Sea bass
Miso
Sake
Orange
Combine miso with sake to achieve a runny paste consistency.
Generously coat the filet with the paste.
Sandwich the filet with two slices of orange, wrap it up with parchment paper. Bake at 400 F for 10 -20 minutes (will depend on how thick the filet is). Take pleasure in 😋
