Asian glazed baked Barramundi
Dinner in 30 minutes? Sure please 🙋♀️
four x 180g barramundi fillets
four tsp cornflour / cornstarch
5 tbsp water
5 tbsp soy sauce
four tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Chinese language rice wine
1 tbsp mirin
half of tsp Chinese language 5 Spice
1 clove garlic , finely minced
1 tsp ginger , finely grated
Merely add all of the above in a small pot and simmer for four minutes till semi thick.
Glaze the fish and prepare dinner for 15 minutes within the oven on 170 levels.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chilli.
I served this with brown jasmine rice and blanched zucchini.
