ARANCINI WITH KEFTA MINCE
My first ever Arancini!
Given I don’t a recipe and LOVE altering issues up I simply needed to attempt crossing nations!
These little fellas have been an actual deal with and messed with my households heads 😂😂
The mix of Italian (apologies to my Italian pals on the market for messing with an already fabulous dish) and spicy center japanese mince, grated hellenicgift kefalograviera cheese was just about scrumptious to say the least 💃
