A winter tacky soup ❄️
This hearty vegetable, lentil and tacky soup is ideal for this chilly snap!
A meal in underneath 35 minutes for all you working peeps that can fulfill the household and when you’re fortunate, leftovers the day after!
I snuck some deep fried crispy croutons and grated Haloumi cheese from my favorite peeps chelmosaustralia
That is what you have to
1 cup of dried lentils
2 leeks
1 onion finely diced
10 Brussel sprouts (a present dependancy)
1 clove of garlic
1 tbls of tomato paste
1 diced tomato
2 tbls of vegeta_australia (I like that stuff)
1 cup of hellenicgift olive oil
Half a block of chelmosaustralia haloumi cheese grated
Some sough dough croutons
1 carrot finely diced
Salt and pepper
1 litre of water
Some additional sough dough bread with numerous butter 🐷
