Pan Seared Tilapia
“What’s for dinner” is endlessly a soul looking out query 😛 It’s a lot simpler when my child “orders” a meal. She requested for tilapia with taco seasoning and that’s what she received.
Cooking is completed in 15 minutes 😀 Rub the filet with taco seasoning, sear them within the flippantly oiled pan at median warmth for about three minutes either side (till fish turns opaque).
